Order UP!

Things to remember about what you’re getting:

  • ServeUp runs itself with bartenders that work in the industry currently. Some other companies are created around bartenders and staff that couldn’t keep a job in a real bar due to lack of personality or swiftness. Our bartenders have all the right moves and skills. Who wants a dull washed-up event tender?
  • Maybe you want your bartenders to blend into the background like the catering staff and maybe you want them to pop out like the entertainers they are. We’ll wear what you want us to wear because you know the gays have the best closets. We are ready to match your wedding colors or theme. Some want cowboys serving beer at the reception and some want us to break out the fishnets and corsets. If no direction is given, we attend your event in formal black attire.
  • While we are focused on the bar running smoothly, all of our staff remain aware and helpful in area that we can be while we are in attendance. Other companies make it a point to be a bartender and nothing more. As far as we are concerned, we are hired to do what you need us to do. As long as the bar is running smoothly, we will pitch in where we are needed to make sure your night is the best it can be.

Just an eventTender:

bartender, cocktail waitress/waiter, door person, food server-

you call it and we bring it

If  your catering company has all the goods: portable bar, linens, coolers for all the beer, the limes are already cut up, shakers, aprons… and all you need is a gorgeous bartender who knows when to tell a joke and how to take gentle care of Aunt Mildred when she is in earshot. Well, we’ve got  you covered.

Your event-Tender will travel to your location and be available for set-up. Remember that the first hour covers the cost of travelling to you and getting acquainted with the scene. This is the cost of an “away game” for a bartender.

We recommend one bartender per 60-75 people. Of course, you should think about what kind of crowd you’ve got and how often they will rotate through the bar.

First hour: $50

Each additional hour: $20

This price is WITH a tip jar set out for the bartender(s). Remember that these bartenders would have pulled in $80 an hour if they had been at their respective bars working this night. It’s exhaustive work, but we bust our butts and love it.

If a tip jar cannot be set out then the costs are as follows:

First Hour: $75

Each hour after: $40

Weekday rates (Monday-Thursday) are 15% less

Bartender

plus portable bar, linens, shakers, etc

Don’t worry about a thang if you ain’t got that if you ain’t got that swing! We’ll bring it all with us, set it up and break it down and get it all back in the truck like we were just ghosts of glitter for your party.

We bring a 6 foot long sturdy bar with linens, a table set-up for supplies, coolers, towels, bottles openers, decanters for wine (if you’re serving boxed wine, you’ll want these), ice buckets, scoops…

One Bartender with bar and supplies:

First hour: $150

Each hour after: $25

Each additional bartender with bar and supplies:

First Hour: $40

Each hour after: $20

If a tip jar cannot be set out, the costs are as follows:

First Hour: $150

Each hour after: $50

Additional bartender with bar and supplies and no tip jar:

First Hour: $75

Each Hour After: $40

Also please tip at least 20% on your bill to bartenders who have no tip jar set out.

Out of town events

We serve the whole of Colorado, but drive time is important. Think about tirelessly serving drinks for 8 hours and then having to drive 1.5 hours to get home with a car full of used bar supplies. We love to get out of town, but we also have to make it worth our while and place ourselves more for the drive home afterward.

For events that are more than 30 miles outside of downtown Denver, please add $30 for each bartender

For events more than 60 miles from downtown Denver, please add $40 for each bartender

For events more than 90 miles from downtown Denver, please add $70 for each bartender

Please contact us ASAP to get your date on our calendar. We require a 50% deposit to hold the date.

I am available to answer any questions or inquiries at any time. Before you assume we are too pricey, please get some quotes from other companies. If you find something for less, don’t hesitate to present it to us and let us decide if we are ready to compete. Honestly, we are the best and paying $20 more an hour is worth it!

We take credit cards over the phone to secure dates and bartenders. Sometimes, between the 4 of us, we can make it to a party at the last minute, but it’s best to get your even in at least a month ahead of time.
